The purchase of the games shown on our site is not available; we only offer tokens for use within them.

The website www.wedommo.co acts as a marketplace which allows users to offer, buy and sell credits, coins and tokens for popular MMO games. The website www.wedommo.co does not own any of the items which are listed on this website for sale.
We have no control over, nor can we guarantee the existence, safety, quality or legality of any of the items which are listed on this website for sale. We do however ensure that the credit/tokens/gold that you have purchased are delivered to you on time and not less than the amount you have purchased.
Please note that our services do not include the sale of the games featured on our website; we solely facilitate the provision of in-game tokens for use within those games.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names as well as any logos and icons which are displayed on our site belong to www.wedommo.co and may not be duplicated.
PURCHASES
All of the stock which is currently available will be listed on www.wedommo.co and the prices for each of the items shall also be clearly labelled. Customers choose the items which they want to buy and then they proceed to the secure checkout process.
Stock is regularly updated, and we try to always have stock for varied MMOs on offer, but in the event, there is something which you are looking for which you can’t find then please get in touch with a member of the team and we will look into this for you.
PAYMENTS
In order for the provision of services to be carried out, payment in cash to the specified amount must be paid to Wedommo.co and must be received in full before any of the goods may be delivered. All payments are carried our third-party payment service provider who are PCI DSS certified. All payments will be carried out through their payment page and wedommo.co does not store any of your credit/debit information.
Before completing any payments please double check that you are happy to pay for the product that you are selecting. Once your payment has been made you will see WDMMOEE, UAE on your credit card statement.
DELIVERY
Delivery of our good are carried out via three different methods, in-game mail, player meet up or auction house. Each method will have a different delivery time, but we aim to take no longer than 72 hours for our delivery. Our agents will be in contact with you via email with instructions on the delivery process. We aim to contact you right away but if you have not heard from us within 24 hours, please email us immediately.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Once you’re in-game currency has been delivered we do not offer refunds unless:
You have received less than the amount ordered.
You have received the wrong in-game currency.
Your delivery has experienced an error and you have not received the in-game currency.
If any of these issues have occurred, we ask that you email us within 7 days so that we can rectify the issues.
Should you wish to cancel your order, we ask that you notify us immediately. If an order has been delivered this will not be possible, but if you request it within 12 hours of placing the order we may be able to cancel.
CUSTOMER SALES
Customers are able to sell their unwanted in-game currencies to www.wedommo.co. In order to do this the customer must fill in the form and provide as much information as possible about the gold they have which they are looking to sell.
A member of the team will review the information and then will be back in touch with a cash offer for the listed items, which the seller can then either choose to accept or deny.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
